We are seeking a Development Operations Associate / Project Coordinator to support day-to-day operations within the Distributed Energy organization. This person would report to a developer in the central region. This role involves assisting in various operational processes, ensuring efficiency, and helping to maintain smooth workflows across departments. A typical day could entail:
- Operational Support: Assist with daily operational activities, including process optimization, tracking performance metrics, and improving workflows to ensure efficiency across departments
- Data Management: Collect, analyze, and interpret energy data to support development. Ensure data accuracy and update records in internal systems
- Vendor and Supplier Coordination: Assist in managing relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Inventory and Logistics: Support inventory management, including monitoring stock levels, coordinating shipments, and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Reporting: Prepare and maintain operational reports, including performance metrics, expense tracking, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights to management
- Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining records and organizing documents to support smooth daily operations
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in an operations role or a related field, preferably in the energy industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP or CRM platforms
- Able to communicate with clients (vendor management, calls with utilities, etc.)
Preferred qualifications:
- Energy experience: electrical utility/power generation experience is preferred, renewable exp, is a plus)
- Understanding of how utilities talk/communicate (how projects interconnect, utility/energy programs, incentives, utility rebates
- Excellent organization skills, data management, people skills, problem solving, resourceful, etc.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Work Environment:
This company is based in Denver, CO. This role is hybrid with 2 days remote.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
