Job Title: Project Coordinator

Job Description

A civil consulting company based out of Federal Way is looking for a project coordinator to support multiple project managers and engineers. This firm works primarily on large development of communities, residential land development, and commercial projects in the Puget Sound area. The candidate will be required to coordinate and interact with internal and external points of contact, assist with scheduling, and manage document control. GIS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and interact with internal and external points of contact
• Assist with scheduling meetings and project timelines
• Manage document control including proposals, permits, and submittals
• Provide administrative support to project managers and engineers
• Perform data entry and maintain project records
• Support construction administration tasks
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools for project coordination
• Assist with grading and stormwater management tasks

Essential Skills

• 2 years of AEC project coordination experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with document control
• Experience being a point of contact internally and externally
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• GIS background is a plus
• Bluebeam experience is a plus
• Experience with Civil 3D is beneficial

Work Environment

The position is based out of the Federal Way office, and it is preferred that the individual works in-office five days a week to facilitate interaction with multiple managers. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00
