Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to oversee all documentation and permitting involved in building plans. The ideal candidate will manage survey scheduling, project organization, travel arrangements, client proposals, contracts, and maintain office architectural licenses and meeting schedules. This role also includes organizing continuing education events and various general office duties.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all documentation and permitting for building plans

- Prepare client proposals and contracts

- Organize continuing education events and special office events
- Perform various general office duties and maintain requested reports
Essential Skills
- 2 years of project coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Strong administrative skills
- Document control
- Experience in construction administration
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized
- Background in architecture, construction, or building
Work Environment
The position operates in an office environment which involves phone calls, emails, and client interactions. The work setting requires professional attire and communication with clients.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
