Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who can also handle estimating for the projects they manage.
• This role is with a growing GC/Civil Construction Company that is making significant strides in the Demolition space.
• The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in site development, civil, excavation, and demolition projects within the State and Federal space.
• The company uses Sage and Bit-to-Win for estimating.

Responsibilities

• Manage and estimate projects related to site development, civil, excavation, and demolition.
• Coordinate projects from inception to completion, ensuring all project goals are met.
• Prepare budgets, bids, and scopes of work for various projects.
• Utilize Sage and Bit-to-Win software for project estimation.
• Supervise the installation of underground structures and pipes.
• Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations and standards.

Essential Skills

• 7 years of experience in project management and estimation in civil, site work, commercial construction.
• Proficiency in Sage and Bit-to-Win estimating software.
• Experience in general construction, site-work excavation, and demolition.
• Strong project coordination, budgeting, and bidding skills.
• Ability to manage and supervise the installation of underground structures and pipes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with HDPE supply and installation.
• Knowledge of working within State and Federal government projects.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $120000.00
