Job Title: Project Manager
Job Description: Are you ready to take the lead on the largest data center project in North America? We're seeking an experienced Project Manager with a knack for estimating and managing large commercial construction projects. If you have a proven track record in estimating for commercial buildings and can quote accurately, we want to hear from you! Experience with Procore is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Project Maestro: Manage and estimate commercial construction projects with precision and expertise.
- Detail-Oriented Estimator: Prepare and present detailed project estimates and quotations.
- Collaborative Coordinator: Work closely with subcontractors to ensure accurate and timely project execution.
- Procore Pro: Utilize Procore software for seamless project management and estimation tasks.
- Versatile Leader: Oversee large commercial projects, including data centers, healthcare facilities, educational institutions, and manufacturing plants.
Essential Skills:
- **MUST BE WILLING TO RELOCATE TO ELLENDALE, ND**
- 10 years of experience in estimating for commercial construction projects
- Strong experience in project management and construction management
- Proficiency in estimating and quoting for large commercial projects
- Experience working with subcontractors
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with Procore software is a plus
- Experience in data centers, healthcare, education, manufacturing, or large commercial projects

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $175000.00/yr.
