Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to provide leadership and coordination for multiple projects. The ideal candidate will interface with building officials during the permitting and construction phases, resolve complex technical and design issues, and set direction for the execution of project goals and objectives with project team and clients. This role involves managing and mentoring project team members, fostering collaboration, effective communication, and ensuring quality. Additionally, the Project Manager will contribute to office-wide initiatives and the overall success of the team.

Responsibilities

• Provide project leadership and coordination for multiple projects.
• Interface with building officials during the permitting and construction phases.
• Resolve complex technical and design issues.
• Set direction for the execution of project goals and objectives with project team and clients.
• Manage and mentor project team members, fostering collaboration, effective communication, and quality.
• Contribute to office-wide initiatives and to the overall success of the team.
• Manage 5-8 projects at a time.

Essential Skills

• 10 years of Project Management experience.
• Extensive knowledge of building codes and structures, principles/practices & construction.
• Working knowledge of Revit.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality and/or multifamily projects preferred.
• Open to candidates with commercial experience.
• A license is not necessary.

Work Environment

This is an in-office position, with working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM. The work environment involves managing project flow in a niche market, providing opportunities for collaboration and professional growth.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $105000.00
