Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description

This person will be working under a High Level Project Manager responsible for multiple customers/projects amongst various industries.

Responsibilities

• Read through CAD drawings to determine accuracy and fit.
• Work within MS Project/ERP systems to move projects through different phases.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, assure agenda and invite list is completed, secure training room, take and publish notes, etc.
• Assist Project Manager in procurement activities to include requisitioning and invoice management to suppliers, change order development to client, and procurement/ESM tracking.
• Assist with data communication to the Project Manager.
• Maintain change log and file supporting documentation (emails, meeting notes, etc.).
• Utilize existing or develop custom reporting as required per project.
• Assist in efforts to solve financial, scheduling, and regulatory issues.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering related curriculum
• 2 years of experience working with MS Project and/or an ERP System
• 2 years of industrial/manufacturing experience
• 2 years of working within a CAD system
• 2 years of project support experience (cost controls, purchasing, supply chain, etc.)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work in a variety of environments (including office setting, manufacturing, and construction sites). Travel is expected to be 15% or less.
• Ability to organize large amounts of information into a coherent and meaningful format while working on multiple projects
• 5 years of experience working with MS Project (preferred)
• 2 years of experience working with cost management/change management (preferred)

Work Environment

This person would be working in the PM wing of the building. The environment is very modern and worker-friendly, with a cafe on-site.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $42.00/hr.
