Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description

We are adding an experienced residential project manager to our team. The ideal candidate will manage residential construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting
• Interpret architectural plans and utilize drafting/design software to support project execution
• Monitor construction progress, address issues, and maintain adherence to safety standards

Essential Skills

• 3 years' experience in residential construction project management
• Proficiency in drafting/design tools (AutoCAD, Revit, or Chief Architect preferred)
• Knowledge of building codes and construction techniques

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Buildertrend
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Work Environment

Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. The role is primarily office-based with occasional site visits. The company is extremely busy and has experienced consistent growth over the years, making it an excellent opportunity for professional development and career advancement.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $36.00/hr.
