Job Title: Scheduler - Remote Opportunity

Job Description

This position is responsible for integrating and managing all construction schedules from vendors in Primavera P6 during site construction in Batavia, OH. In addition to maintaining construction scheduling needs, you will be responsible for tracking variances and analyzing slips and critical paths. You will work closely with an internal scheduler responsible for the engineering aspects of the project to ensure it stays on track.

Responsibilities

• Integrate schedules from five disciplines and manage them in Primavera P6
• Track variances and analyze slips and critical paths
• Work closely with the internal scheduler to produce weekly variance reports with any missing time from employees and contractors
• Ensure schedules and reporting are tailored to client and team needs
• Enforce scheduling best practices
• Present and run working sessions and complex project meetings

Skills & Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in scheduling and construction coordination
• Proficient in MS Project & Primavera P6 is plus
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Experience in construction project controls
• Knowledge of construction management and project management
• Proficient in Excel and Access
• Comfortable presenting and running working sessions and complex project meetings

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $48.08
