Job Title: Project Support Specialist

Job Description

This is an opportunity to support field distribution services at the Metro location in areas of document management, data preparation from engineering updates, invoicing at times, and providing communications to external stakeholders. This role will assist the engineering services division in central Alabama, where overall responsibilities and job tasks may vary based on the task alignment for pertinent updates to the engineering services within the aligned area.

Responsibilities

• Support field distribution services with document management.
• Prepare data from engineering updates.
• Handle invoicing tasks as required.
• Provide communications to external stakeholders.
• Assist the engineering services division with various tasks.
• Manage the flow of information updates within the department.

Essential Skills

• Experience in document management in an engineering setting or related field.
• supporting engineering services.
• Proficiency in handling various communications related to departmental changes.
• Strong project coordination skills.
• Familiarity with engineering data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in data collection.
• Ability to manage and coordinate projects effectively.

Work Environment

The position is based in the Downtown operations in an office environment supporting engineers and other members of the operation. Initially, most work will be in-office, with the potential to progress to a hybrid state offering flexibility.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
