Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA/QC Documentation Coordiantor to ensure compliance with regulations and internal quality control practices. The ideal candidate will have experience in document review and verification, editing and formatting quality documents, and maintaining an organized system for record-keeping and archiving. This role will primarily utilize Microsoft Office programs and involves submitting records to the eQMS.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with regulations and internal quality control practices.
- Thoroughly review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant regulations and internal standards.
- Edit and format quality documents for submission.
- Convert documents to various formats and work with templates.
- Maintain a well-organized system for storing and retrieving electronic and physical documents.
- Submit records to the eQMS.
Essential Skills
- Experience in quality assurance testing and quality control.
- Proficiency in regulatory documentation.
- Strong data entry skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is preferred, particularly in a quality-related field.
- Strong typing and word processing skills.
- Computer efficiency in a professional setting is a must.
- Experience with QA standards or regulatory standards is ideal.
- Experience formatting quality or regulatory documents.
- Experience converting PDFs to usable documents for regulatory or quality purposes.
- Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Experience moving data from one system to another is beneficial.
Work Environment
The work environment consists of an 8am-5pm Monday to Friday schedule. Initially, the role will focus on catching up on backlog, with the potential to become a long-term opportunity if proven beneficial.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
