Job Title: QA Technician

Job Description

Organize and maintain various department, manufacturing, GMP, and ISO-related documents. Assist with internal audits and the issuance of QA-related documents, such as investigative reports. Collect and organize manufacturing data to support QA in identifying potential risks. Maintain the tracking database for customer complaint investigations and release raw materials.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor of Science degree or 2-3 years of experience in QA.
• At least 1 year of experience in quality assurance.
• Experience working in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), especially within the dietary supplement or food industry.
• Previous involvement in document management and record-keeping tasks with a focus on accurate document creation and management in a regulated environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and procedures required to maintain quality standards.

Work Environment

This role is within a nutraceutical manufacturing setting. The work hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with some flexibility for early morning or after-hours work. Occasional work on Saturdays, either half or full days, may be required. Employees will need to wear full gowns when entering the clean room (jumpsuit, hairnet, gloves, shoe covers or boots, face mask) and a lab coat and face mask in other areas. Business casual attire, including jeans, and comfortable enclosed walking shoes, such as tennis shoes, are acceptable. No jewelry or phones are allowed in manufacturing areas. All necessary PPE will be provided, but employees must bring their own personal face covering for nonworking times on the premises.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00
