Job Title: Data Reviewer
Job Description
Data reviewers will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of data from validations and technology transfer of QC test methods for products and materials. The role involves collaborating with QC chemists to resolve any data or reporting issues, escalating unresolved issues to the supervisor, and writing validation reports once final data are verified. The data reviewer/technical writer must have QC analytical experience and be familiar with documentation and data integrity systems and processes, ensuring all data presentations and reports meet QMS requirements and are clearly communicated to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Review method validation data for accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with chemists to resolve deficiencies or questions about data and results.
- Write reports in accordance with cGMPs and the company's QMS.
- Review other documentation such as presentations or technical memos/reports.

- Strong understanding of data integrity parameters.
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience guiding and coaching colleagues on documentation requirements.
- Understanding of cGMPs and QMS requirements in a quality control lab.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 5 years of combined experience in data review and working in a quality control lab as a chemist.
- BS in Chemistry or a related field.
- High regard for regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and data integrity.
- Comfortable using a respirator, including PAPR.
Work Environment
This position requires being onsite and moving between facilities in Madison and Verona, WI, which are approximately 10 miles apart. The work environment is fast-paced with multiple deadlines and priorities. Comfort with working in environments with potent compounds and hazardous chemicals is necessary. The role offers an opportunity to gain technical soundness in a highly regulated lab.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $43.00/hr.
