Job Title: QC Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a QC Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the quality control and daily oversight for construction projects. The QC Manager is a full-time, on-site position requiring a highly motivated individual committed to quality work and customer satisfaction within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and help write daily Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
• Work as a member of the project team to ensure compliance with the Accident Prevention Plan (APP) and Activity Hazard Analysis (AHA).
• Ensure all activities comply with applicable OSHA and site/customer-specific regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections/audits and document violations for implementing corrective actions.
• Prepare comprehensive safety reports and complete all safety-related documentation and paperwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

• OSHA 30 or equivalent certification.
• First Aid/CPR certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience on federal construction projects acting as a full-time QC Manager enforcing EM-385.
• Experience performing QC duties on communications infrastructure construction projects.
• Strong organizational skills and effective communication (written and verbal) with government, contractor, and vendor personnel.
• Ability to work effectively in a mobile environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Self-starter with demonstrated safety leadership.
• Technical communications engineering/implementation experience.
• Military base access requires the ability to clear a standard government background check.

Work Environment

The QC Manager will work on-site full-time during construction activities. The role requires compliance with all safety regulations and standards, as well as effective communication with government, contractor, and vendor personnel. The work environment is mobile and involves the use of MS Office tools and Adobe.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr.
