Job Description:
As a Quality Control Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the quality of our products throughout the production process. You will work closely with the production team to identify and resolve any quality issues, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Perform quality tests and analyses to ensure products meet specifications.
- Document and report any deviations from quality standards.
- Collaborate with the production team to implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of quality control activities.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control within the food industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
