Job Description: QMS Manager

This QMS Manager will directly support the merge and consolidation of two QMS programs into one. They will be supporting the line migration in helping with the commissioning of the manufacturing cells to improve quality efficiencies and SOPs. This individual will own the entire quality system and documentation. Initially, there will be no direct reports until July, and they will be directly managing the QMS program.

Responsibilities

• Support the merge and consolidation of two QMS programs into one.
• Assist with the line migration and commissioning of manufacturing cells to improve quality efficiencies and SOPs.
• Own the entire quality system and documentation.
• Directly manage the QMS program.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Discipline (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical)
• 5 years of experience within the Quality industry or QMS systems
• Technical Writing skills with heavy documentation experience
• Experience in IATF and ISO 9001 standards

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Automotive experience/experience
• Aerospace experience (AS9100)
• VDA QMS experience
• Ability to work cross-functionally
• Six Sigma and Lean Methodologies

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52.00 - $58.00/hr.
