This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality products meet customer requirements. Key tasks include:
- Developing and implementing process improvements to reduce waste and increase productivity
- Collaborating with operations, quality, design engineering, and other teams to define manufacturing work instructions, equipment, tools, materials, and training
- Leading lean manufacturing initiatives to drive efficiency and cost savings
Suitable candidates should hold leadership experience, Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma certification, and SAP/ERP experience.
