Job Title: Quality Associate

Job Description

Support making continuous improvement, process improvements, and change management within the quality group and systems. Assist with analyzing quality data to make improvements to all quality processes. Validate accuracy of quality data and monitor quality KPIs. Participate and support root cause analysis efforts. Manage integrity of TrackWise QMS.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• BS in pharmaceutical or life science
• 3-5 years in quality with experience with TrackWise or other quality systems
• Strong understanding of quality management processes and regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO)
• Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, process flows, and system design specifications

Work Environment

You will be working onsite Monday through Thursday with one remote day on Friday. The company is predominantly onsite with a business casual dress code. This is a first shift position. The role requires someone collaborative who can work cross-functionally across various teams.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
