The role
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance within our organization. Responsibilities include scanning and filing batch records, equipment files, and validation protocols, setting up and maintaining training files, completing initial training for new employees, reviewing batch records, preparing certificates of analysis for shipments, coordinating the shipment of final products with Manufacturing and Materials, and assisting in updating, reviewing, and maintaining all quality documentation to ensure compliance with company policy and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
A high school diploma or GED is required, while a bachelor's degree in biological science, chemistry, or a related field is preferred. Experience with assays on automated systems is also preferred. A minimum of 1-5 years of work experience in in vitro diagnostics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or a related industry is necessary.
