A Quality Assurance Specialist is a vital member of the quality team, responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the manufacturing process meet the required standards. This role involves conducting audits, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions to maintain compliance with IATF and ISO 9001 standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with IATF and ISO 9001 standards.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Work closely with the quality team to enhance process controls and reduce defects.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to the Quality Manager.
Requirements:
- Experience with quality assurance and auditing principles.
- Strong knowledge of IATF16949 and automotive quality management systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
