We are seeking a dedicated Food Quality Assurance Technician to join our beverage production environment. This role involves conducting physical testing including scales, pH, temperature, and Brix measurements.
Responsibilities
- Perform physical testing including scales, pH, temperature, and Brix measurements.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) standards.
- Conduct swabbing and other laboratory procedures.
- Document and report test results accurately.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain high-quality production standards.
- Lift and handle materials up to 50 pounds as required.
- Maintain flexibility in schedule to meet production demands.

Work Environment
The role is based on a food and beverage manufacturing floor. The shift runs from 3 : 30 pm to 4 : 00 am. The position provides an opportunity to gain experience in food quality within a large beverage production company.
