Quality Control Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Technician to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in enhancing our quality and manufacturing processes for various product lines, including hand sanitizers, soap, dish soap, nail polish remover, and other household cleaning products. The facility operates with a high throughput of quality testing, focusing on expediency and turnaround time. Responsibilities include performing laboratory tests using HPLC, LC, GC, and physical property testing, as well as basic wet chemistry such as viscosity and pH testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory analysis on incoming raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products per established procedures, including wet chemistry, GC, and HPLC.
• Utilize TOC testing; training provided if needed.
• Prepare samples for chromatographic analysis, prepare standard and reagent solutions.
• Perform general housekeeping duties.
• Sample raw materials per approved procedures.
• Coordinate information flow within the laboratory and to internal customers.
• Access, input, and retrieve information from the QC computer systems.

Essential Skills

• Experience with HPLC, GC, LC, and quality control.
• Proficiency in wet chemistry.
• Familiarity with GMP regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry required; open to master's level candidates.
• Ability to thrive in a high throughput environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• USP exposure is beneficial.
• Bachelors Degree Required within science discipline

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00
