Job Title: Quality Control Line Tech Lead

Job Description

Assist the Quality Systems Supervisor in directing all activities of Quality personnel. Train QC Techs and assist in the disposition of all raw materials, components, and finished products as directed by the Supervisor. Develop and maintain Master Product Records for all products manufactured at the facility. Conduct quality checks by weight, measurement, and visual inspection. Document results and tests accurately and timely. Communicate quality variances to management and monitor processes to ensure compliance with the quality system. Operate testing equipment such as pH meters, balance, and vacuum test equipment. Ensure identification and traceability of materials on the production line and create visual tools and aides to assist the production line.

Work Environment

The work hours are from 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Thursday. The facility is located in Port Washington, the corporate center, and is one of four facilities in Southeast, WI. The company promotes 20% of its workforce every year and has never had a formal lay-off.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $41600.00/yr.
