Job Description
This role involves performing quality inspections on finished goods, conducting audits, using a Quality Management System (QMS) and various digital platforms to maintain quality and compliance, along with additional duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Perform quality inspections on finished goods.
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with standards.
- Utilize QMS and various digital platforms to maintain quality and compliance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures.
- Collaborate with the manufacturing team to address and resolve quality issues.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to quality control activities.

Work Environment
The work schedule is Monday through Friday with a 6am start time and variable end times. Candidates should expect overtime and occasional weekend work. The environment is clean and safety-focused. The position reports to the Plant Manager within a small plant focused on manufacturing insulation and panels. The company offers a broad range of insulated metal wall, roof, and deck systems, including various finishes, colors, and related accessories.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.18 - $24.18/hr.
