-Lead the efforts around continuous improvement -Problem solving, root cause analysis, and critical thinking -Data analysis and spreadsheet skills -Lead a team based on the existing problem and lead through problem solving process -Coming up with corrective actions based on root cause analysis -Implementing an action plan and following up to make sure its effective -Oversee a quality tech doing process capability studies -80% analysis, problem solving, and process capabilities studies -20% first piece inspections after setting up machines, analysis and problem solving for warranty returns on customers, and supplier quality issues

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $44.00/hr.
