Description: Seeking an intermediate Quality Engineer
- Quality Engineer with 3-5 years experience in a manufacturing environment
- Hydraulics and Mechanical background preferred
- Root Cause / Corrective Action problem solving skills
- Statistical Process Control with the ability to identify trends and defects
- Will work with a cross functional team. Good Communication skills
- Develops procedures and work instructions that are required per the Quality Management System and manages the review and approval processes. Is a subject matter expert and the go to member for instruction and guidance on Quality System activities.
- Drives a strategic mindset and commitment to continuous improvement across the operation (i.e.defines improvement goals, establishes accountability through SQDRC metrics, uses Lean/Six Sigma tools and techniques to continually improve processes and business results, and establishes a mindset within operations to document and control processes; promotes safety and housekeeping; uses facilitative leadership).

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00
