Role Summary:
The Quality Manager will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our Integrated Management System, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and overseeing quality-related functions. This role involves close collaboration with various teams to uphold and improve product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Integrated Management System:Develop, maintain, and improve systems to comply with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
- Certifications and Compliance:Ensure product certifications (e.g., UL, CRN, NSF) are maintained and support compliance documentation.
- Quality Investigations:Lead investigations into quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Customer Relations:Address customer complaints and warranty concerns, ensuring satisfaction through effective communication and resolution.
- Supplier Quality:Manage supplier relationships, conduct audits, and ensure quality materials and parts through corrective and preventive actions.
- Audits:Plan and execute internal and external audits to verify compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
- Quality Metrics:Maintain detailed records of inspections, audits, and corrective actions, reporting findings to management.
- Continuous Improvement:Lead initiatives to optimize processes, reduce defects, and enhance product quality.
- Production Monitoring:Ensure products meet specifications and safety standards, inspect raw materials and final products, and manage discrepancies.
- Equipment Maintenance:Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of measurement and testing equipment.
- Training:Provide training on quality standards and processes to ensure adherence.
- Department Support:Guide the Incoming Inspection and Warranty Analysis departments to strengthen operations.
- Global Collaboration:Work closely with Global Quality to ensure regional alignment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Ten years of experience in a Quality Management role within manufacturing.
- Three years of experience in the HVAC or a related industry.
- Proven leadership and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, and email software.
- Willingness to travel approximately 20%.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
