R&D Software Engineer III
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced R&D Software Engineer III to join our engineering team. This position involves developing, creating, and modifying general computer applications software or specialized utility programs. You will be responsible for analyzing user needs and developing software solutions to optimize operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Develop, create, and modify general computer applications software or specialized utility programs.
- Analyze user needs and develop software solutions.
- Design software or customize software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency.
- Analyze and design databases within an application area, working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team.
- Supervise computer programmers.
Essential Skills
- Experience with impact assessment of software patches and upgrades.
- Proficiency in Linux shell scripts, Perl, and/or Python.
- Working knowledge of Linux development environment tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related experience.
- 7 years of relevant experience.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $68.00/hr.
