Job Title: Reliability Engineer

Job Description

As a Reliability Engineer, you will analyze the plant and determine the criticality of installed equipment. For critical equipment, you will perform Failure Mode & Effect Analysis (FMEA), with equipment-specific analysis for high criticality and generic analysis for medium criticality. You will translate the PPM plan into specific preventive maintenance activities and procedures. Additionally, you will identify and prioritize performance issues and cost drivers related to equipment reliability by evaluating the performance of the plant using statistical methods, RCA (Root Cause Analysis), and FMEA. You will propose and initiate technical solutions to eliminate actual and potential performance issues and discuss these with stakeholders across various departments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the plant and determine the criticality of installed equipment.

• Evaluate the performance of the plant using statistical methods, RCA, and FMEA.
• Propose and initiate technical solutions to eliminate performance issues.
• Discuss technical solutions with stakeholders including maintenance, production, and business departments.
• Improve the reliability of the plant regarding equipment, procedures, and working methods.
• Develop a preventive and predictive maintenance plan.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in an Engineering discipline, Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Detailed knowledge of relevant Manufacturing Excellence work processes such as Improve Equipment Reliability and Maintenance.
• Overall understanding of production environment processes.

Work Environment

You will report to the Maintenance Manager, who oversees a team of 14 engineers. The work environment includes an open manufacturing floor where you will work cross-functionally with other departments and teams. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $91200.00 - $133000.00/yr.
