About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Reliability Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Actalent. This is a direct hire position where you would be paid hourly and eligible for overtime.
The ideal candidate will have experience with TPM, AMM, CMMs (maintenance systems), writing SOPs, maintenance reports, and Preventative Maintenance plans. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
In this role, you will drive Continuous Improvement through applying Lean principles and manage maintenance programs and systems in a factory setting with a focus on continuous improvement and proactive maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage maintenance programs and systems
- Apply Lean principles to drive Continuous Improvement
- Experience with food, pharma, or processing equipment is a plus
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1-5 years of relevant experience
- Experience with TPM, AMM, CMMs (maintenance systems)
- Writing SOPs, maintenance reports, and Preventative Maintenance plans
Compensation
We offer an estimated salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, location, and other factors.
