Job Description

We are seeking a Research Administrator II to manage a research portfolio and oversee the full lifecycle of grants management. This role is crucial in supporting our high-volume research enterprise and ensuring the smooth administration of research grants.

Responsibilities

• Manage a research portfolio, including pre-award and post-award activities.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of grants management.
• Administer grants for research and clinical trials.
• Handle sub-award management.
• Utilize Excel for data management and reporting.

Essential Skills

• 1-3 years experience in grants management for research.
• Proficiency in research administration, including pre-award and post-award processes.
• Knowledge of clinical trial administration.
• Proficiency in Excel.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume research environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment

This position is 100% remote, but candidates must reside in one of the New England states. You will be part of a collaborative team, working closely with your manager and other team members for learning and development. The team manager oversees a team of four, including two Research Administrator IIs and two Senior Research Administrators. The Director provides additional support and guidance. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $90000.00/yr.

This is a direct placement. The client will provide benefits related to PTO, holiday, sick, 401k. The client will present these benefits to the candidate once they have issued an offer.
