Job Description
We are seeking a Research Contracts Associate who will review and negotiate all incoming foundation awards, subcontracts, and other contractual agreements. The successful candidate will also prepare and execute outgoing contracts, subcontracts, and other agreements. This role offers the opportunity to work with a high volume team that handles approximately 1500 contracts per year, in a supportive and diverse team environment.
Responsibilities
- Review and negotiate all incoming foundation awards, subcontracts, and other contractual agreements terms.
- Prepare and execute outgoing contracts, subcontracts, and other agreements.
- Ensure all contractual agreements comply with organizational policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all contracts and agreements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth contract execution.
Essential Skills
- Experience with clinical contracts and research contracts.
- Proficiency in contract administration and management.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial agreements.
- Excellent data entry skills.
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment.
Work Environment
This is a remote position, but candidates must reside in NH, MA, CT, RI, ME, or VT.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $78000.00 - $82000.00
