Job Description

Work in production and pilot plant locations. Develop defined work plans, conduct experiments, and maintain a basic understanding of the R&D product development SOP. Apply basic quality tools and explore new project methodologies.

Responsibilities

Essential Skills

• Bachelor's degree in food science, dairy science, or a related field.
• 1-3 years' experience in research and/or product development.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of dairy components.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in cultured dairy products manufacturing is preferred.
• Desire to grow and take on new challenges and opportunities.

Work Environment

This position operates on a Monday to Friday, 1st shift schedule. The role involves working in both production and pilot plant locations.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $75000.00
