Responsible for supporting the nursing standards of excellence with advanced professional education to deliver high-quality care. Serve the organization as a member of the management team, working alongside all departments and employees to support and oversee day-to-day operations. Provide guidance and deliver best practices in achieving the organization's objectives, goals, and mission. Cultivate an environment dedicated to improving experience, enhancing satisfaction, and retention. Responsibilities

• Support nursing standards of excellence with advanced professional education.
• Serve as a member of the management team, collaborating with all departments and employees.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and provide guidance to staff.
• Deliver best practices to achieve organizational objectives, goals, and mission.
• Cultivate an environment focused on improving patient experience, satisfaction, and retention.
• Coordinate care in a manner sensitive to diverse backgrounds and needs.

Essential Skills

• Active and unrestricted RN license in New York State.
• Supervisory and management skills.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Care management and case management skills.
• Legally authorized to practice in the State of New York.
• Medically cleared for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunizations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2 ) years of administrative experience in a management capacity in a certified home health agency, long-term home health care, acute care, medical-surgical, and/or critical care, nursing home experience, diagnostic & treatment clinic preferred.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Managed long-term care insurance experience beneficial.
• Minimum of one (1 ) year of experience working with a frail or elderly population, or appropriate training from the PACE organization upon hiring.
• Supervisory experience is required.

Work Environment

The position is based in an onsite medical clinic within a community healthcare setting.

The work schedule is from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with a weekly total of 37.5 hours.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $125000.00
