Job Summary: 

We are seeking a skilled Roof Inspector with at least one year of commercial roofing experience to join our team. The Roof Inspector will be responsible for assessing the condition of various roofing systems, identifying issues, and recommending necessary repairs or replacements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of different roofing materials and techniques, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to ensuring the safety and longevity of our clients' roofs.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect various types of commercial roofing systems to determine their condition and longevity.
• Identify defects, damage, or potential problems in roofing systems.
• Prepare and present detailed inspection reports, including photographs and descriptions of any issues found.
• Recommend necessary repairs or replacements to ensure the integrity and safety of the roof.
• Ensure all roofing work complies with relevant safety regulations and building codes.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and work performed.
• Communicate with clients about inspection findings and answer any questions.
• Stay updated on the latest roofing materials, techniques, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Roof Inspector or similar role, with at least one year of commercial roofing experience.
• Knowledge of different types of roofing systems and materials.
• Understanding of safety regulations and building codes.
• Ability to climb ladders and walk on roofs safely.
• Excellent observation skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to prepare detailed and accurate inspection reports.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
