Job Title: Safety Coordinator

Job Description

The Safety Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the highest possible level of service. This role requires the individual to be onsite at various projects, dedicating 100% of their time, energy, and efforts to the project. The Safety Coordinator plays a critical role in developing and maintaining relationships with clients, potential clients, internal directors, and other contractors on-site. Additionally, the position involves day-to-day program management, including supervising field employees and providing direct service delivery to meet contractual obligations while growing the business.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest possible level of service on various projects.
• Dedicate 100% of time, energy, and efforts to assigned projects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, potential clients, internal directors, and other contractors on-site.
• Supervise field employees and provide direct service delivery to meet contractual obligations.
• Manage day-to-day safety programs and activities.
• Lead safety meetings and troubleshoot safety-related issues.
• Oversee installation processes and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Essential Skills

• 3 years of safety experience.
• Proficiency in electrical, construction, and industrial safety standards.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Experience leading safety meetings.
• Strong troubleshooting and installation skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate work smoothly and efficiently.

Work Environment

The work environment includes new construction and commercial style construction, as well as light industrial settings.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
