Job Title: Sanitation Supervisor

Job Description

Oversee the sanitation team to ensure the facility meets all cleanliness and safety standards. This role involves supervising and training staff, developing and implementing procedures, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Supervise and train sanitation staff.
• Develop and implement sanitation procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain records of cleaning schedules and sanitation activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to address sanitation issues and improve processes.

Work Environment

This position primarily involves Monday to Friday day shift hours. However, you will need to adjust your schedule to provide support to staff on all shifts. The company offers training and development opportunities, with potential for advancement across their five locations in Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $28.85/hr.
