Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Supply Chain to join our innovative team. This role involves system administration, maintenance, user support, and training. You will monitor the performance and status of Enterprise Systems used for Accounting, Financial operations, Human Resources, and Quality, and build effective relationships by partnering with the business as an IT liaison. Additionally, you will support the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of new Enterprise IT solutions, and perform system administration tasks to maintain compliance with various regulatory standards, including Sarbanes-Oxley, SEC, and Dept. of Labor.
Responsibilities
- System administration, maintenance, user support, and training

Essential Skills
- Experience with Veeva Vault, Coupa, QMS, ERP NetSuite
- Knowledge of supply chain and cross-functional operations
- Biotech experience
- Data stewardship
- Compliance with regulations
- Understanding of business concepts
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related discipline with 5 years of progressive experience in Information Technology
- Biotech / Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences industry experience
- Experience with ERP, HRIS, and Quality systems used in the biotech industry; UKG, NetSuite, Coupa, and Veeva
- Project management experience in a team-oriented cross-functional environment
- Understanding of regulatory guidelines such as FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and Sarbanes Oxley
- Ability to multi-task and shift priorities rapidly to meet tight deadlines
- Professional demeanor, excellent oral, and written communication skills to all levels of the organization
Work Environment
This role will be based out of our Louisville, CO location, and is expected to work onsite at least 4 days/week. The position requires the ability to sit for prolonged periods of time. The work environment is exciting, as the company has FDA approval but is still in startup mode, providing a unique opportunity to be part of groundbreaking science and technology. The team is currently very small, and the role requires someone who is a self-starter, well-organized, and capable of taking initiative.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $54.10 - $66.85/hr.
