Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate interiors and a proven track record of successfully managing and executing complex architectural projects. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills, as well as a deep understanding of design principles and construction processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet client requirements, budget constraints, and timelines.
- Develop and implement innovative design solutions for corporate interior spaces, enhancing functionality and aesthetics.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success.
- Oversee the preparation of architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design intent, quality standards, and building codes.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and design staff.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve project outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management, with a focus on corporate interiors.
- Licensed Architect with a valid registration.
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with sustainable design practices and LEED certification.
- Familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and client needs.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
