Job Description: 

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architectural Designer with a strong background in corporate interiors. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in designing and managing corporate interior projects from concept to completion. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent technical skills and the ability to lead a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process for corporate interior projects, including conceptual design, space planning, and detailed design development.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into innovative design solutions.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and support to foster their professional growth.
• Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into design solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• 7-10 years of experience in corporate interior design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of corporate interior projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Professional licensure or certification is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $125000.00
