Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• System Integration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate control systems with current manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
• System Analysis and Troubleshooting: Conduct comprehensive system analysis, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal operation and performance of automation systems.
• Technical Support and Training: Provide expert technical support and training to engineers, technicians, and customers, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and tools to operate systems effectively.
• PLC and HMI Programming: Design, program, and configure PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and HMI (Human-Machine Interface) systems using industry-standard software tools such as Allen-Bradley, Siemens, CoDeSys, or Mitsubishi.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure that all projects adhere to regulatory standards and maintain strict safety requirements.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience in control systems engineering.
• Technical Expertise: Proficient in PLC programming and configuration, with experience in Allen-Bradley, Siemens, CoDeSys, or Mitsubishi platforms. Solid understanding of motion control, sensor integration, and data acquisition systems.
• Industry Knowledge: Diverse experience across multiple market segments. Familiarity with advanced automation cells, vision systems, or robotics is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities and a strong capability to work effectively within a team environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $90.00/hr.
