Job Title: Electrical Engineer

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electrical systems and components for a variety of engineering projects. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, embedded software development for 32-bit ARM processors, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical systems, circuits, and components for electronic module level devices.
• Analyze system requirements and specifications to ensure electrical and embedded software solutions meet project goals.
• Create detailed technical drawings and schematics.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance on electrical systems and embedded software.
• Collaborate with other engineers, technicians, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Participate in project planning, cost estimation, and timeline development.
• Keep up-to-date with advancements in electrical engineering technologies, embedded systems, and best practices.
• Provide technical support during the installation and commissioning of systems.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical PCB design
• Proficiency in CAD software (Altium preferred).
• Experience with C programming for embedded systems a big plus, including development for 32-bit ARM processors
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, circuits, power distribution, and embedded software development.
• Experience with testing and troubleshooting electrical components and embedded software.
• Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations (e.g., UL, IEEE).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $80.00/hr.
