Job Description

We are seeking a Senior IAM Developer with extensive experience in developing authentication flows, application integration, and providing level 4 support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and development experience in Java/J2EE. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to implement new requirements effectively. A bachelor’s degree is mandatory for this position.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across various technical functions to create a comprehensive technical roadmap for core enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
• Serve as the Sr. subject matter expert for IAM within the organization.
• Define policies and procedures related to IAM functions.
• Take ownership of complex program design, testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Have development experience in Java/J2EE.

Essential Skills

• 8 years of relevant experience in Identity and Access Management.
• 5 years of experience with multi-factor authentication platforms.
• Development experience in Java/J2EE.
• Strong experience in developing authentication flows.
• Good experience in application integration.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in providing level 4 support.

Work Environment

This position offers a hybrid work environment, requiring 2 days onsite per week with the flexibility to come onsite as needed. The role is located in Plano, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $74.00 - $80.00/hr.
