Job Title: Sr Interior Designer

Job Description

Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion. Create detailed architectural drawings using CAD and Sketchup. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. Oversee the construction phase to ensure design specifications are met. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior design staff. Work closely with the Interiors Director.

Responsibilities

Essential Skills

• 5 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Proven experience as an Architectural Commercial Interior Designer with a focus on Commercial Tenant Improvement projects
• Proficiency in Sketchup, AutoCAD, and familiarity with Revit
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, up to 30 projects at a time
• Experience leading teams and mentoring

Work Environment

Work hours are Monday to Thursday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and Friday from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM. The team is supportive, with principals investing in employee growth and development. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00
