Job Title: Senior Portfolio Manager

Job Description

Manage a research portfolio with full lifecycle grants management, including both pre and post award activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of grants management, including pre and post award processes.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry related to grants.
• Support high-level research and manage a large, complex grant portfolio.

Essential Skills

• Experience in grants management with both pre and post award processes.
• Proficiency in handling the full lifecycle of grants management.
• Experience with NSF grants.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience working at the department level rather than a centralized office.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Must be local and available to work in the office 5 days a week for the first 90 days.
• After orientation, the ability to work 2-3 days on-site.

Work Environment

This position is with the Faculty of Arts and Sciences in the Department of Cellular and Molecular Biology. The team is part of the Research Administration and Finance department, which consists of about 6 people. The work environment is collaborative and close-knit, valuing community through events such as Summer Fridays and BBQs. Initially, you will need to work in the office 5 days a week for the first 90 days. After completing orientation, the role will transition to 2-3 days on-site per week.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $115000.00
