Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Actalent. In this role, you will be responsible for performing hardware reviews, executing tasks in support of production schedules, and attending production meetings.
You will also review and disposition non-conforming materials, update shop floor system information, and generate manufacturing documentation. Additionally, you will utilize your skills in manufacturing engineering, production, process improvement, and lean principles to drive efficiency and productivity.
About the Role
This is an entry-level position that requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, or mathematics. Experience with military and/or defense industry standards is preferred, as well as experience with electromechanical and/or cable harness fabrication.
You will work closely with our production team to ensure seamless execution of production schedules and identify areas for process improvement. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
