Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Job Description

As a Senior Project Manager, you will collaborate with the Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent to manage an average of 40 subcontractors. You will also engage directly with clients to bid on projects and present progress reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage around 40 subcontractors in collaboration with the Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent.
• Meet face-to-face with clients to bid on projects.
• Present progress reports to clients.
• Handle change orders and construction documents.
• Ensure professional representation in a business setting.

Essential Skills

• Experience in construction and construction management.
• Proficiency in estimation and handling change orders.
• Ability to work with construction documents.
• Strong communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to present oneself professionally in a business setting.
• Experience with diverse construction projects.

Work Environment

You will spend 80% of your time in the office. Projects are primarily located within an hour of Reading, PA, with some expansion eastward, but not extending into Philadelphia. The company values a small family business culture and offers a variety of projects, contributing to a dynamic work environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $115000.00
