Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee transportation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
• Business Development: Engage with existing clients and cultivate new relationships to drive business growth.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and manage team members, fostering a supportive and productive work environment.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects meet relevant regulations and standards.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure seamless project execution.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: B.S. in Civil Engineering.
• Licensure: P.E. licensure in Colorado or the ability to obtain it.
• Experience: 10 years in transportation engineering, with at least 6 years in project management and business development.
• Skills: Proven expertise in Transportation Design Engineering Project Management, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills.
• Preferred: 10 years of experience and familiarity with CDOT projects.

The pay range for this position is $140000.00 - $200000.00/yr.
