Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong experience in civil construction, electrical, and mechanical solar construction.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings (civil, electrical, and mechanical).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Must be able to read blueprints and schematics.
Additional qualifications include SWPPP certification, OSHA 30, NFPA70E, First Aid CPR and AED certifications. The company can provide these trainings free of cost if the candidate does not already have them.
