Job Title: Site Supervisor

Job Description

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day operations at our project locations. Working closely with project managers, you will manage the day-to-day operation of the job site from launch through completion, directing and monitoring the progress of subcontractors while keeping the project on schedule. You will communicate with our team of Project Managers and Engineers, as well as with the customer’s on-site representative(s).

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day operations at the customer installation site.
• Coordinate with the project manager on job budgets, schedules, progress reports, and cost reports.
• Maintain documentation that reflects accurate progress.
• Install electrical panels and apply them to mechanical systems.
• Coordinate and supervise the activities of subcontractors to ensure they perform their work effectively and safely, integrating it with project schedules and progress.
• Regularly communicate with our customer, including preparing progress reports and issuing updates to progress schedules.
• Keep all key stakeholders informed on job progress, plans, and problems that could significantly affect costs or schedules.

• Construction experience in an industrial setting

Work Environment

The work environment includes an installation site, such as a UPS site, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00/hr.
