Job Title: Site Supervisor

Job Description

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day operations at our project locations. Working closely with project managers, you will manage the day-to-day operation of the job site from launch through completion, directing and monitoring the progress of subcontractors while keeping the project on schedule. You will communicate with our team of Project Managers and Engineers, as well as with the customer’s on-site representative(s).

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day operations at the customer installation site.
• Coordinate with project manager on job budgets, schedules, progress reports, and cost reports.
• Maintain documentation that reflects accurate progress.
• Install electrical panels and apply them to mechanical systems.
• Coordinate and supervise the activities of subcontractors to permit them to perform their work effectively and safely, as well as integrating it with project schedules and progress.
• Regularly communicate with our customer, including preparing progress reports and issuing updates to progress schedules.
• Keep all key stakeholders informed on job progress, plans, and problems that could significantly affect costs or schedules.

Work Environment

This role is based at a UPS site with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. The work environment involves managing and overseeing the installation of electrical and mechanical systems, including conveyors, in an industrial construction setting. The position offers a structured engineering team and project execution framework, with significant growth opportunities driven by the expansion of e-commerce and technology upgrades in the industry.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
